Destructive Testing Laboratory
The offer of the Destructive Laboratory includes destructive tests (DT) of metallurgical products and bonded joints made of metals and their alloys.
Our offer includes tests such as: tensile test at ambient and elevated temperature, tensile test “Z15/25/35”, bend test, fracture test, impact test at ambient temperature down to -60°C and liquid nitrogen temperature (-196°C), hardness test, macro and microscopic metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, corrosion test, ferrite content examination with the use of ferritometer or microscopy.
Destructive Testing Laboratories are accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) no. AB 1700 for compliance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 and have the recognitions of such units / societies as: UDT, TDT, PRS, BV, RINA, TÜV Nord and TÜV Rheinland. Tests performed in Destructive Testing Laboratories are accepted by DNV, LR and ABS.
Calibration Laboratory
Calibration Laboratory was established in 2016 as the second in order Tenslab Laboratory. The Calibration Laboratory is located in the former Gdynia Shipyard, Park Konstruktorów (pom. 4.13) ul. Kadłubowców 4.
Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for measuring instruments based on management system according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 and experience and technical knowledge of personnel. Calibration Laboratory offers calibration services for measuring instruments in the following measurement fields: geometric (length and angle), pressure, torque, temperature and relative humidity, electrical quantities, devices for measuring surface and painting, equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT).
Holmatro Service
Tenslab Sp. z o.o. Laboratorium Wytrzymałościowe (Tenslab Destructive Testing Laboratory) is the official service center of Holmatro Group.
As part of the cooperation, we conduct tests, service and certification of hydraulic equipment: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic hoses, actuators, lifting tools, hand tools (e.g. cutters), components of hydraulic systems, pressure gauges, valves, connectors.
